The Art Dome

Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in and participating in any experience organized by The Art Dome, the participant declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the following terms and conditions.

  • Cancellations made two (2) months or more prior to the start date are eligible for a 90% refund.
    (The remaining 10% corresponds to administrative and management fees.)

  • Cancellations made one (1) month prior to the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within two (2) weeks prior to the start date are non-refundable; however, the amount paid may be kept as credit for a future The Art Dome experience, subject to availability and current conditions.

  • Cancellations made one (1) week or less prior to the start date are not eligible for a refund or credit.

  • It is mandatory for all participants to have Assist Card, international medical insurance, or travel insurance valid for the entire duration of the experience.

  • The Art Dome is not responsible for accidents, illnesses, medical emergencies, hospital expenses, treatments, or any situation related to the physical or mental health of participants.

  • By participating, the participant declares that they have the required insurance and releases The Art Dome from any medical, legal, or financial liability arising from health issues, accidents, or personal emergencies.

  • The Participant grants The Art Dome permission to photograph, film, or otherwise record their participation for promotional, educational, and archival purposes.
  • The Participant waives any right to inspect or approve the final materials and releases The Art Dome from any claims related to image, likeness, or media use.

  • Participants must maintain respectful and responsible behavior toward the team, participants, facilities, and local community.

  • Any damage to facilities, equipment, or third parties is the sole responsibility of the participant.

  • The Art Dome reserves the right of admission, continued participation, and removal without obligation to provide a refund.

  • The use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited throughout the duration of the experience.

  • Excessive alcohol consumption or any behavior that compromises safety, coexistence, or well-being will not be tolerated.

  • The Art Dome reserves the right to immediately remove any participant, without refund or credit, in the event of a violation.

  • The Art Dome assumes no responsibility for legal, medical, or personal consequences resulting from substance or alcohol use.

  • Any form of sexual commerce, including prostitution, sexual exploitation, or human trafficking, is strictly prohibited.

  • This applies within and outside all spaces and activities associated with The Art Dome.

  • Zero-tolerance policy: immediate expulsion without refund or credit.

  • The Art Dome is not responsible for any legal, criminal, immigration, or personal consequences.
