Natalia Behaine approaches her artistic practice from contemplation and silence. She uses meditation as a tool to stimulate the solitary and patient observer that resides within her. She draws inspiration from nature to understand the impermanent nature of things. In this way, she freezes fragments of the present to keep memory alive, seeking to understand the human need to belong to something and to construct one's identity. In her process, there are three main axes: photography, video, thread, and literature. These elements allow her to develop a proposal centered around the composition of images and provide her with the opportunity to reflect on new realities, on changing realities.
