Néstor Félix Arenas Correa, a distinguished artist, was born in Holguín, Cuba, on November 20, 1964. His artistic journey is marked by a profound dedication to his craft and a commitment to artistic excellence.
From 1985 to 1990, Néstor Arenas pursued his artistic education at the esteemed Higher Institute of Art (ISA) in Havana, Cuba. His formative years at ISA laid the foundation for his future artistic endeavors, equipping him with the skills and insights necessary to excel in the art world.
Following his academic pursuits, from 1990 to 1993, Néstor Arenas served as a restorer at the La Periquera History Museum in Holguín, Cuba. During this period, he contributed to the preservation and understanding of historical artifacts, enriching his perspective as an artist.
In 1991, Néstor Arenas assumed the role of curator for the "Genre: Landscape" exhibition held at La Sala Oscura Gallery, Cine Martí, Holguín, Cuba. This curatorial experience allowed him to engage with the art world from a different vantage point, deepening his appreciation for the creative process.
Throughout his career, Néstor Arenas has presented captivating personal exhibitions that showcase his artistic prowess. Notable among these is the 1990 exhibition "Formas Flavio" held at the "El Pasillo" Gallery, Higher Institute of Art (ISA), Havana, Cuba.

In 1998, Néstor Arenas presented "Landscapes and Fragments" at the Lausín & Blasco Gallery in Zaragoza, Spain, expanding his artistic reach to an international audience.
